February 17 2007
OK ,I am now going to try and really start blogging. I figure that I should get moving on this so that I will be ready when we get Emma. I have to relearn how to post pictures and other things.
I am married to my sweet husband Erik. We have had three bio children. Katie who is currently 29 years old and just got married in Sept. 2011 to Eddie (nice guy :) We then had our sons Kyle and Tim. They died in a car accident on Nov. 3 2002. They were 18 and 17 years old. Not a day goes by that I don't think about them and miss them so much. They would be 27 and 26 years old right now. They were two of the nicest and sweetest guys that you would have ever met.
Before the boys died, we were in the process of adopting and we had to put it on hold for a while. We decided to go on with the adoption and in Oct. 2008 we brought home the sweetest little girl at 21 months old from Jiangxi, Emma. She has brought so much joy to our lives. We are now waiting to bring home our little Sophie that just turned two in Feb. 2012.
